- Rentals are for a flexible 24hrs to accommodate your event - Each suite requires a flat stable area with easy access for drop off and set up - If AC is desired we require access to a dedicated outlet to plug into. We will arrive with plenty of extension cord to facilitate this - Clients are responsible for cost of replacement and repairs due to fire, theft, carelessness, accidental damage, or vandalism, and agree to return the rental equipment to Aloe Suites in the delivered condition, ordinary use and wear excepted. Damaged or missing equipment will be charged to the individual or entity responsible for the booking. Damage caused after the installation or delivery will be the responsibility of the individual or entity that is responsible for the booking.
