EventSculpt is the first marketplace where planners can add a venue, caterer, photographer, bar service, and more to a single event plan, see the total cost in real time, and check out once. Providers receive higher-intent bookings from planners who have already committed and authorized payment, not just browsing or requesting quotes.
Planners search for available venues and vendors, then add them to a thier event plan. As each provider is added, the running total updates automatically, including platform fees and taxes. When the plan is ready, the planner checks out once and every provider is booked after confirmation in a single transaction.
Listing your venue or services on EventSculpt is completely free. There are no upfront fees or monthly subscriptions. You only pay a commission when you receive a confirmed booking.
We welcome wedding venues, corporate event spaces, banquet halls, caterers, photographers, videographers, florists, DJs, event planners, rental companies, and other event service providers.
EventSculpt handles all payment processing securely. We collect payments from clients and transfer funds to your account on your chosen payout schedule, minus our commission.
Yes. You have full control over your availability calendar, service pricing, and which booking requests you accept. You can also sync your external calendar to keep availability up to date across all your listings.
After you submit your application, our team reviews your listing to ensure it meets our quality standards. Once approved, your listing goes live and planners can discover you immediately. You will be notified of the review outcome by email.
If a provider declines, that portion of your booking is released and you are not charged for it. You can find a replacement provider and add them to your plan, or proceed with the remaining vendors.
Yes. Once a booking is confirmed, you can communicate directly with clients through our secure messaging system to coordinate event details.
