Due to seasonal availability and supplier inventory, we reserve the right to substitute florals, décor, signage, or rental materials with comparable alternatives of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and quality of the setup. The Client agrees to provide accurate event information including the event date, venue address, estimated guest count, setup access instructions, and any requested customizations or add-ons. Final event details must be confirmed no later than 14 days before the event date. Pacific Bloom Bar agrees to deliver, set up, and break down the event setup at the agreed-upon location and timeframe. The Client is responsible for ensuring clear access to the venue and setup area, as well as having a designated contact person available during delivery and setup.
