Dancing DJ Productions

- The client agrees to provide at least one 110v/15amp standard electrical outlet on its own independent circuit within 50 feet of DJ's primary setup location unless battery power is added for an additional fee. - If setup location is outside, the client agrees to provide adequate shelter to protect the equipment from adverse weather conditions or extreme heat. If weather conditions become unsafe (such as by reason of unexpected rain, lightning, or other storms), DJ may cease services at its sole discretion until adequate shelter is provided and/or the situation becomes safe again - The contracted time is for the contracted equipment and DJ/MC/AV event time frame. Setup and tear down will be outside the contracted event time for no charge. However, if the client needs us fully setup by a certain time prior to the contracted start time, we need to add that time to the agreement for the extra time rate. (Ex: 6pm start time, but client needs DJ fully setup by 30min prior at 530pm, so we would need to update the agreement to 530pm start in that example) There also are no discounted time breaks in the agreed event time, so even if the DJ is not needed for a portion of the event, the booked rate will still stay the same until the end of the booked event time. - DJ must receive all music requests and other performance details at least 5 days prior to the event. If requests or other details are received within 5 days of the event, they are considered optional last-minute changes. DJ will do their best to implement any last-minute change. - Client hereby grants any representative of Dancing DJ Productions (DDJP) the right to take photographs & video of our event and guests. Furthermore, Client grants DDJP permission to use any photos or videos taken in any of their promotional material, including social media and websites. (If the client is not okay with this, they need to immediately notify DDJP. - A vendor meal is to be provided for the DJ by the client.
