Balloon Decor Installations

Our signature balloon installations are designed to completely transform your space and elevate the aesthetic of your event. Moving away from rigid, traditional structures, we specialize in luxury organic styling, creating fluid, dynamic designs that double as modern art pieces.

- Site Evaluation: Complex installations may require an advance site visit. Please ensure venue clearance and access are secured for our team if a walkthrough is scheduled. - Workspace Readiness: The installation area must be completely clear of furniture, debris, and other vendors upon our arrival so we have a dedicated space to safely assemble your decor. - Installation Window: We require a minimum setup window of 2 to 4 hours prior to your event start time. Delays in venue access may result in incomplete designs. - Teardown Window: A 1-hour striking window must be provided immediately following your event. Late-night (post-10 PM) or next-day teardowns must be arranged in advance. - Surface Protection: To protect venue property, we do not use nails, tacks, heavy-duty duct tape, or unapproved adhesive strips on walls. We utilize damage-free rigging techniques and freestanding frames. - Prohibited Substrates: We do not attach decor to delicate or hazardous surfaces (e.g., peeling paint, raw brick, or unanchored drapes) without prior written approval from the venue. - Rental Inventory: All backdrops, marquee letters, bounce houses, and hardware are property of Inflatable Paradise LLC and are for rental use only. - Equipment Care: Rented items must remain in their designated setup location and be protected from elements like heavy rain or mud. Missing, unreturned, or physically broken items will incur standard replacement or repair fees.
