Whether your event calls for craft cocktails, elegant mocktails, or both, we create a beautiful bar experience that brings people together. Staffing is included based on your guest count to ensure smooth, efficient service and minimal wait times throughout your event. *Alcohol is not included. The Perfect Mix is a dry-hire mobile bartending service, so you purchase your own alcohol while we provide everything else needed for an elevated bar experience.*

Professional Bartending Service

Pick multiple

A professional bartending option for hosts who already have their own alcohol, mixers, ice, drinkware, and bar setup. Every bartender reservation includes: - Up to 4 hours of active bar service - Professional, licensed & insured bartender - Pre-event bar station setup & organization - Fruit & garnish preparation - Beverage chilling & organization - Professional bar tools & equipment - Post-event breakdown & cleanup Client Provides: - Alcohol - Mixers & garnishes - Ice - Cups or glassware - Designated bar service area (existing bar, counter, or suitable workspace) Please Note: Bar tables, linens, coolers, and portable bars are not included. A professional bar station can be added if needed.

Policies

- Glassware & Maintenance: Vendor staff is responsible for the cleanliness, safety, and organization of the immediate bar counter area. This does not include general venue bussing, guest table clearing, trash removal from the venue, or the management of third-party glassware rentals. - Tip Placement Aesthetics: In alignment with our premium branding and tip-jar-free counter policies, no visible tip jars, cups, or Venmo QR codes will be placed on the bar top. If guests choose to offer voluntary cash tips, bartenders are permitted to discreetly accept them into a private back-bar tray or pocket. - Age Requirements: All guests must be 21+ to consume alcohol. Staff will perform mandatory identification checks in strict accordance with California state laws. - Service Refusal: Vendor reserves the absolute right to refuse service to any individual who appears visibly intoxicated to ensure the safety of all attendees.
