Event Rentals

- Client must provide safe and timely access to the event site for delivery, setup, and pickup. The setup area must be clean, level, accessible, and suitable for the rented equipment. For outdoor setups, the client is responsible for confirming that the location is venue-approved and appropriate for installation. - Once equipment is installed, it may not be moved by the client, guests, venue staff, or other vendors without approval from Fairytale Rentals. - Rental equipment may not be used with open flames, fireworks, sparklers, smoke effects, confetti, glitter, paint, permanent markers, adhesives, or any materials that may stain, damage, or create unsafe conditions unless approved in writing before the event. - For outdoor events, Fairytale Rentals may require relocation, delay setup, or decline installation if weather, wind, ground conditions, or other site conditions create a safety risk or may damage the equipment. - Client is responsible for returning rental items in the same condition received, except for normal use. Missing, broken, stained, excessively dirty, or damaged items may result in repair, cleaning, or replacement charges after the event. - Rental items must remain accessible for scheduled pickup. Additional fees may apply if pickup is delayed because access was not available at the agreed pickup time. - Fairytale Rentals may photograph completed rental setups for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes. Fairytale Rentals will not intentionally photograph or publish identifiable images of guests without prior consent.
