- Final guest count is due 7 days prior to the event and will be used for final billing - Guest count reductions after confirmation may not reduce contracted minimums. - Yooshi Sushi Catering specializes specifically in live sushi catering and sushi-focused experiences. We do not provide traditional plated catering services. - Client is responsible for providing: Three 6ft tables (2 front, 1 back), Table linens/covers, Plates & napkins, Nearby waste baskets - Outdoor setups are welcome; however, shaded placement is strongly preferred during daytime service. - Standard sushi service is based on a continuous service window unless otherwise specified in the agreement. - Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, soy paper, kosher-style, and certified kosher accommodations are available upon request. - We do not serve shellfish or eel. - Leftover sushi, when food safety permits, will be plated and left with the client at the conclusion of service. - Access for load-in/load-out and nearby parking must be reasonably available for event staff and equipment.
