- Vendor will arrive with sufficient preparation time, typically 4-5 hours before performing unless otherwise agreed. - An assistant will accompany the Vendor on the Event Date to assist with setup/teardown, equipment transitions, audio support, and take photos or video for social media and promotion (unless Client requests otherwise). Photos and video will be shared with Client on request. - Client may request a time extension at a rate of $500 per 30 minutes with direct verbal authorization from the Client. - Client to provide: a) parking/unloading/setup access at least 4 hours before performance, b) 20-amp grounded power access within 100 feet, c) 2 Vendor meals, and d) shaded, level, dry, and sufficient-sized performance areas where music is desired. - Client to ensure Vendor is provided free parking for all vehicles associated with the act. If free parking is unavailable, Client is liable for parking charges incurred, payable within 14 days. - Client to ensure Vendor and assistant are provided unlimited water and a hot plated meal before performance or during a break. A suitable break must be factored into the performance schedule. - If the venue cannot provide a hot meal, a surcharge of $50 per person (Vendor and associated acts) will apply and be payable within 14 days. - Unless given express permission, equipment and instruments belonging to Vendor and associated party are not available for use by any other person or party. - If Vendor or associated party are subjected to aggressive, abusive, or unsafe behavior and Client does not remove the perpetrator, Vendor may terminate performance. This includes damage to equipment caused by intoxicated or disorderly conduct. - Client is responsible for damages to Vendor property caused by negligence or willful misconduct by Client, guests, vendors, or venue staff. Vendor is responsible for damages caused by Vendor negligence or willful misconduct.
