- Staff are chosen at the company’s discretion and are not to be contacted by the Client, guests, friends, or family members. - If the Photographer or staff feel threatened or abused physically, sexually, or verbally by the Client, guests, vendors, or attendees, they retain the right to leave immediately without repercussions. - The Client is responsible for providing vendor meals to photography staff or allowing staff to leave for a 1hr dinner break. - Photography coverage is exclusive. Guest photography, content creators, entertainment photography, and vendor media coverage must not interfere with photography services.Vendors requiring time for marketing photos or content creation must disclose this at least four (4) weeks prior to the event date. - Guest interference, including phones appearing in final images, is outside the Photographer’s control. - Venue, officiant, and location restrictions impacting photography coverage are outside the Photographer’s control. - If the timeline runs late or sufficient time is not provided for scheduled photography portions of the day, the Photographer is not responsible for reduced quantity or quality of final images. - Added time exceeding contracted coverage will be billed in fifteen (15) minute overtime intervals. - RAW files, unedited files, and culled-out files will never be delivered. All creative decisions remain at the Photographer’s sole discretion. - The Client acknowledges familiarity with the Photographer’s artistic style and understands final photographs and videos may not be rejected based on aesthetic preference. - All images remain copyrighted and licensed for personal use only and may not be redistributed without permission. - Photographs and behind-the-scenes content may be used for portfolio, marketing, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed to in writing. - Photographs will be preserved for no less than one year from the wedding date; however, long-term digital file retention is not guaranteed.
