Wedding Vocalist & Guitarist

- Special song requests must be submitted no later than 30 days before the Event Date. - Extensions: Extra time requested on the day of the event is billed at $250 per 30 minutes, pending Vendor’s availability. - Photo/Video Release: Vendor and Vendor’s team may document the performance for promotional purposes. Footage is available to the client upon request. The Client agrees to provide the following: - Adequate Access for Setup: Loading/unloading and early access to venue. - Performance Area: Level, dry, and shaded (for outdoor events); must be safe and compliant with local laws. - Power Source: Reliable 110V grounded outlet within 50 feet of the performance area (unless Vendor is notified discusses providing battery-powered setup). - Meal & Beverage: One (1) hot meal and unlimited bottled water for each performer. A $50 per-person fee will be added if a meal is not provided. - Parking: Safe, accessible parking close to the venue; parking fees to be reimbursed by Client if applicable. - Event Point of Contact: Client agrees to provide a day-of coordinator or designated contact person. - The Client is responsible for any damage to the Vendor's equipment or bodily harm resulting from negligence by Client, guests, or venue staff. - Vendor retains the right to terminate the performance if subjected to abuse, aggression, or unsafe conditions. - Unless given express permission, the equipment and instruments belonging to Vendor and associated party are not available for use by any other person or party.
