Policies

- Access to the performance area is required at least 90 minutes prior to guest arrival for setup and sound check. - A standard power outlet within reasonable distance of the performance area is required. - For outdoor events, a covered and weather-protected performance area must be provided. - Performance volume will comply with all venue and local noise restrictions. - Performance space should be level, safe, and large enough to accommodate musical equipment. - Ceremony song selections and event details should be finalized at least 14 days prior to the event date. - Additional performance time, travel outside the standard service area, or special equipment requests may incur additional fees.
